Before you hit the sack, grab your crockpot and the following:
2 cups steal-cut oats
2 diced apples (leave the skin on)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (our favorite)
3.5 cups water, unsweetened almond milk or other liquid
1/2 cup chopped fresh pecans
cinnamon to taste
Turn on low. In the morning stir and serve.
