While millet is lectin-free, gluten-free and anti-inflammatory, it should be eaten in moderation. It is recommended in The Plant Paradox but not on the Bulletproof diet, but sometimes I just crave a grain and millet does not bother me ... so far.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups
While I list the butter as optional here, it really helps keep the millet from sticking together, and a little bit of salt goes a long way.
