She explained and then asked if I ate tomatoes .... ah, yeah, I live in southern Alabama ... we all eat tomatoes all the time. She asked me to stop for a week. There went another inch. OK, so we're on to something. A week later, when my weight loss slowed down she asked me to tell her what I've been eating lately. That was easy since I keep a record for my Fitbit stats. She quickly found the problem for me ... lectins ... you know that protein that is in 90% of what I eat daily!!! OMG!
