16) Fingers crossed ...

It's September 20 and we've been off grid since the end of August and enjoying a rare need of returning to the grid. And, yet, our August 11 - Sept 11 bill is $124. Granted, we were on the grid for about 2 weeks so maybe it would have been better had it been a full month off the grid. Or, had we 'left it alone' and let it 'learn' ... oh, wait, that didn't work at all ...bill was much higher. What happened to the salesman's pitch that our bill would be around $60/monthly. Do better solar companies ... stop glorifying the savings. No excuses.

Now, we have an appointment with someone from our solar company on or near October 1 ... yep, fingers crossed.
